Happy Birthday Abigail
OK I forgot to blog Abigail's birthday party. I think that it got lost in all the cruise fun.
Abigail wanted to go ice skating for her birthday. Most of her guests had not ever ice skated before, but they all did fabulous. We had a party room (it was warm) for cake and ice cream. Grandpa Bryan and Grandma Nancy were here in Oregon to celebrate with us. I can't believe that she is 11.
Our new cement
We finally got new cement for Matt to park his truck on, no more gravel!!! We all wanted to leave something of ourselves, the kids left handprints, Matt his initals, and I left a Nickel with the year we got married. My Grandpa Nichol would always leave a nickel hidden in his construction work and my brother Dane has carried on that tradition when laying tile and I thought that was the perfect thing to represent the start of our family.
Soccer Camp/EFY
Madison went to EFY at the University of Utah and loved it! She made lots of new friends and is already planning her next summer EFY trip.
Abigail went to the SL REAL soccer camp again and loved getting to show the boys up a little, she was one of two girls in her age group. Happy Summer!!

Swimming Lessons
This has been the summer of Swimming Lessons. Carter started taking lessons while we were in Utah with a wonderful teacher. It has been hard to come home and just take average swim lessons. He made HUGE strides, he has hated water since birth and now will swim underwater....hopefully he can continue to get better and impress his teacher next summer.
This is the Place State Park
We headed right the This is the Place State Park on our first day in Utah. We went with Aunt Jan, Grandma Nancy and my cousin Cydney and her adorable girls. We had a great time making crafts, panning for gold, doing "chores" and going to school. Carter liked the chores the best...I better put that boy to work.

Last Day of School!
Abigail finished elementary school..where has the time gone? Here she is in the teacher tunnel, with her teachers Mr. Marshall and Ms. Evans, and our wonderful librarian and friend Mrs. Mead.
Eight Grade Graduation
I can't believe it in 4 short years I will be posting pictures of High School Graduation. SCARY! Madison and her friends Kayla and Cora. Madison was also inducted into the Junior National Honors Society. We are so proud of you Madison and how well you are doing in school. Keep up the good work!
Piano Recital and School Talent Show
Abigail sang 'For Good' from Wicked this year at the school talent show. She did great. Both girls performed at the annual piano recital this year. You are both wonderful.
We hiked Table Rock
On Memorial Day this year we took Matt (he is the only one who hadn't ever been) and hiked Upper Table Rock. It was perfect weather and so beautiful. What a fun day!
