Carter grew this pumpkin (called Orange Smoothie) in our garden this year. He loves it. He couldn't decide if he should carve it or not, but he decided to save it so Grandma could see it when she came to visit. Maybe we will have a carved pumpkin out with our Christmas stuff so that he can carve his pumpkin.

Yay! It is my favorite time of year again and the Pumpkins are as pretty as ever. The kids all found the perfect carving pumpkin and can't wait to turn their pumpkins into something fun or scary.

Everything here is aglow with all the fall colors. I wish it could last longer. What is your favorite thing about Fall?

My Boy is 5!

 

 

 

 

Carter turned 5 this week and we have had some fun celebrations. He had cupcakes and pizza with his family on his birthday and then a party with all of his friends on Friday. He was a little shy about the whole happy birthday song and blowing out the candles at his party, but the kids all had a great time! They ran and jumped and played for 2 hours solid. Happy Birthday Carter!!

My mom wanted pictures of her grandkids so we had a little photo shoot the last night I was there. Here are Dane and Mitch's kids. Adorable! Nathan wanted to only sit on the stool, but they are cute enough it doesn't matter.

Carter and Abigail got to be in the Children's Parade with my mom's ward. They had fun and made cute vegetables.

We hiked to the caves at Timpanogos again this year. It is so beautiful up there! Carter wanted his picture taken by the two signs that warn about rattle snakes....he is such a BOY!! Thanks Aunt Dana and Natalie for going with us.

Abigail's 1st day of Middle School

 

 

 

 

It is official I have one in High School and one in Middle School. Abigail was so excited!! She loves middle school!

I never thought that this day would come and it has come at an alarming rate. It seems like I just took that picture of her 1st day of school ever and now she is just 4 short years away from starting college. Scary, Wonderful, and Amazing!

Our Friends

 

 

 

 

We got to spend a day at the park with our friends the Booth's. The boys played in the mud, and wore themselves out. We love getting to catch up with friends and family when we go to Utah.

Water Park

 

 

 

 

We went to the water park with Angi and Brent and Dane and Nathan. The kids had a great time!! Uncle Dane even jumped from the high dive. Madison jumped from the middle high dive and Carter and Nathan and Abigail just got really wet!
